Not received....

I ordered some socks online and the emails I receive indicates they were filled 19 days ago. Slow and I was expecting them from Kelowna where I live given the address of the company but appear to be shipped from the US. Deceiving and disappointing to take so long as I have had several orders for other products from the US arrive in the past few weeks quicker than this. Not sure what is going on
